Two Steps to a Perfect Golf Swing

Shawn Humphries, Brad Townsend, "Two Steps to a Perfect Golf Swing"
McGraw-Hill | 2004 | ISBN: 0071435220 | 176 pages | PDF | 6,1 MB
A simple plan for perfecting your swing-fast!

"Once you have knowledge and confidence, you can play uninhibitedly. That is when results will be dramatic. Take this knowledge to the golf course with you. You'll enjoy Shawn's approach-it is a sound game plan to better golf."
-Bill Parcells, Head Coach, Dallas Cowboys

As longtime players will attest, the golf swing is a constant work in progress. Practice is essential, but those endless sessions can become incredibly frustrating if you don't have a plan and many of us don't. Long-time golf instructor Shawn Humphries has a plan. And it only includes two steps: Position One and Position Two, the essential keys every golfer needs to know. Everything else-stance, grip, wrist action is merely preparation.

Developed over years of golf instruction, Two Steps to a Perfect Golf Swing provides a simple-to-understand, easy-to-execute, and proven method for making progress fast. This revolutionary approach will streamline your swing and show you how to:
Get motivated and devise a personal plan for success
Identify and correct your fatal flaws
Master the proper fundamentals of grip, posture, and setup
Maximize your strengths
Develop a sequenced routine of takeaway, backswing, and downswing
Coach yourself to lower handicaps and winning scores
And turn practice sessions into productive, even joyous, occasions

Chess For Dummies

 Chess For Dummies
Many consider chess to be the best game ever invented. Chess imposes a set of rules and has finite limits, but just as you start to think you’re finally solving its mysteries, chess thwarts you. Sometimes, therefore, the game is frustrating, but far more often, chess proves both surprising and delightful. The deeper you get into chess, the more of its secrets you unearth — but the game has never been tapped out. Even today’s monster computers are far from playing the theorized “perfect” chess game

Chi Kung,Wing Chun and Kung Fu

Cautionary Note to the Reader
The principles and techniques presented in this book are your information purposes only.
The reader should not attempt any of the techniques and exercises in this book without the
supervision of a qualified instructor. This is most especially true regarding the principles of Dim
Mak. It is the strong recommendation of the author that you DO NOT attempt to apply the Dim
Mak techniques on another person without a qualified instructor who is experienced in Dim Mak
and revival techniques being present. As always, it is wise to consult your physician before
undertaking any stressful exercise routine.

Foreword For "Chi Kung, Development and Practical Application
in Wing Chun Kung-Fu"
By Erle Montaigue (Master Degree, China)

Having read many books on Wing Chun over my 35 years in the martial arts business, it
is with great pleasure that I now write the foreword for Scott Baker’s book. This book is an
attempt to bring Wing Chun out of the purely physical domain and in to the internal area
including such things as Chi Kung (Qigong) and Dim-Mak. There have been other books that
include Dim-Mak, however, these have been sketchy to say the least. Scott attempts to delve
deeper into the area of point striking, covering acupuncture points and their effects etc. This
book will be a great inclusion in any Wing Chun player’s library.
